  • 本条款覆盖 Apple 平台版本,以及在国内渠道提供时面向中国大陆用户的 HarmonyOS / 鸿蒙版本。下载、安装、购买、订阅或使用伟大的我,即表示你同意本服务条款和隐私政策。
  • 伟大的我是个人目标、复盘与 AI 辅助规划工具。AI 生成内容仅供个人参考,不构成法律、医疗、金融、心理咨询或其他专业建议。你需要自行判断并承担自己的决定和行动后果。
  • 部分功能可能依赖设备权限、平台账号、云同步、应用商店服务、AI 服务商、分析服务商或支付渠道。若权限或第三方服务不可用,部分功能可能无法正常使用。
  • 你需要对自己输入的内容负责。请勿上传违法、侵权、辱骂攻击,或你无权处理的高度敏感内容。
  • 购买与订阅由你使用的平台或应用商店处理,例如 Apple App Store 或华为应用市场。价格、续订、取消、退款、发票等事项遵循对应平台或商店规则。我们不直接存储你的银行卡等支付信息。
  • Apple 平台用户还可能适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议:https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
  • 若伟大的我通过 HarmonyOS / 鸿蒙或中国大陆应用商店渠道分发,可能涉及该渠道要求的本地支付、权限、身份、设备标识或合规处理。对应渠道规则与本条款共同适用;如存在冲突,强制性平台规则或法律要求优先。
  • 我们可能调整、暂停或停止部分功能、支持平台、AI 服务商、价格或应用商店可用性。本条款可能更新,更新后继续使用即视为接受修改。
  • 本 App 按现状和可用状态提供。在法律允许范围内,我们不承诺服务永不中断、输出永远无误、任何情况下都能恢复数据,或 AI 输出始终准确。
  • 因你自行误用、设备故障、平台账号问题、第三方服务中断、网络问题、应用商店支付问题,或超出个人参考用途依赖 AI 生成内容造成的损失,我们不承担超出法律要求的责任。

  • These terms cover TheGreatMe / 伟大的我 on Apple platforms and, where distributed, the HarmonyOS version for mainland China users. By downloading, installing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using TheGreatMe, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
  • TheGreatMe is a personal goal, review, and AI-assisted planning app. AI-generated content is for personal reference only and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
  • Some features may depend on device permissions, platform accounts, cloud sync, app store services, AI providers, analytics providers, or payment channels. If permissions or third-party services are unavailable, some features may not work normally.
  • You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or highly sensitive content that you are not allowed to process.
  • Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the platform or app store you use, such as Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and invoice handling follow the rules of that platform or store. We do not directly store your payment card details.
  • Apple platform users may also be subject to Apple’s standard end user license agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
  • For HarmonyOS/mainland China distribution, the applicable store channel may require local payment, permission, identity, device, or compliance handling. Those channel rules apply together with these terms. Where store-channel rules conflict with these terms, mandatory platform or legal requirements take priority.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, supported platforms, AI providers, prices, or app store availability. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
  • The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, data recovery in every situation, or that AI output will always be accurate.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by your misuse, device failure, platform account issues, third-party service interruptions, network problems, app store payment issues, or reliance on AI-generated content beyond its intended personal reference use.
